Exchange & Return policy

At TheAkashFit, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only if:

• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind.
• Size issues after order confirmation.
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
• Sale or discounted items.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
